Throughout his distinguished career, Tamarco has made a significant impact across many regions including the United Kingdom, Latin America, and Caribbean. His expertise covers many areas including commercial, educational, residential, medical, tourism, industrial, and infrastructural projects. A true visionary, Tamarco's strategic leadership has propelled the STAGES Group of Companies to unparalleled success. A highly sought-after expert in his field, Tarmarco has established a solid reputation based on his astute understanding of the complexities of the engineering industry and his remarkable ability to navigate diverse markets. Director/Senior Electrical Engineer

As one of the Directors at STAGES, Stefan focuses specifically on projects within the northern parts of the Caribbean. He serves as Senior Electrical Engineer responsible for electrical building services, engineering designs and production which includes scheduling, resource allocation, quality management, and the preparation of construction documentation. Stefan skilfully manages the Electrical Engineering department within the firm, and is directly responsible for the designs and drawings, design reviews, value engineering, approvals and permits, field operations, and construction supervision and coordination. He brings over 17 years of experience to the table working throughout the region acquiring considerable expertise in lighting and electrical power distribution, life safety, communications, security, and access control systems. Stefan’s experience runs the gamut, as he has worked on diverse projects across many sectors including the medical, residential, commercial, institutional, and industrial fields as well as within the tourism, hospitality, and food service industries.

Director & Senior Mechanical Engineer

Jameel Lynch is a Director and Senior Mechanical Engineer at STAGES with responsibility for mechanical building services, engineering designs and project management. He has over 14 years of experience in heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) design, as well as 10 years in plumbing design. His experience extends across many areas including the medical, residential, commercial, institutional, and industrial sectors. He has applied his specialised training and expertise to projects involving central chilled water plants, HVAC cooling, variable refrigerant flow (VRF), mechanical ventilation, liquefied petroleum gas, solar hot water, irrigation, and fire sprinkler systems. Given his vast experience in the field of mechanical engineering, Jameel plays a pivotal role in the development and training of our junior engineers, honing their technical skills and cultivating their professionalism.

Director, Business Development

Winnifred (Winnie) Cross joined STAGES Group in 2011. During that time, she has been instrumental in the conceptualisation and execution of several projects in the built environment. Currently her primary responsibility at STAGES is that of Business Development Director. Winnie brings over 25 years of management experience earned across various industries including real estate, telecommunications, transport, and printing. She was the Facilities Manager at one of Jamaica’s leading facilities management companies. There she further finessed her knowledge in lease management and quality assurance. Over the course of Winnie’s career, she also gained extensive know-how in the areas of Public Relations, Human Resource and Administrative Management all of which have contributed to the development of her considerable business acumen.

Director, Human Resources & Administration

Kamaria Nicholls is one of the founders of STAGES Group and STAGES Consulting Engineers. Prior to 2017 when Kamaria joined full-time, she worked behind the scenes building STAGES’s marketing, accounting, human resources, proposal development and administration offices. Yet Kamaria’s proficiency lies in sustainability, expertise gained from over 10 years in the field. It began in Trinidad and Tobago with her internship at the Institute of Marine Affairs and later when she joined the Environmental Management Authority and later NIHERST. Today, her experience in environmental management, policy, legislation, and education contribute significantly to STAGES’s work in construction and development. Kamaria’s has a clear vision for the organisation which is seated in her strong belief in fairness, respect, and humility. She sees this as a Company where persons can thrive, where every team member contributes to building communities within our offices, neighbourhoods, countries, and the world at large.

Deputy Managing Director, Stages Consulting Engineers Ltd.

Vanessa provides technical leadership and management of our engineers and technicians and makes sure our clients’ expectations are met. As team lead Vanessa empowers her colleagues and instils in them the necessity to add value by ensuring projects are delivered at a high standard and on schedule. These principles she honed during her time at International Project Initiatives Ltd., where she was Project Manager. While there she implemented a system designed to track project performance and oversaw the maintenance of several developments. Prior to this she worked as Senior Electrical Engineer at WSP Caribbean Ltd. responsible for electrical designs, project documents, electrical conditional assessments, and contract administration. Vanessa holds a BSc. Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of the West Indies and has PMP Certification from the Project Management Institute and is also a Registered Engineer with the Board of Engineering of Trinidad and Tobago.

Group General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Letisha is an Attorney at Law with of over 10 years’ experience. Her passion for people, building solid personal and professional relationships is as strong as her love for law, particularly as it relates to governance and compliance. She possesses a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the legal, governance, and regulatory industries. Her background includes the management of legal and recoveries, working with regulated entities, and providing governance support to public and private entities. Letisha is particularly skilled at building governance frameworks, monitoring compliance direction and management, as well as corporate governance which includes governance training. Letisha holds a Bachelor of Law from the University of London and a Masters in Corporate and Commercial Law from the University of the West Indies. Letisha is a graduate of the Chartered Governance Institute of London and is also a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist.
