As a part of the Design-Build Contracting team, led by China Railway Construction Company Limited (CRCCL), our Engineers performed design review and quality oversight of mechanical (Air-conditioning and Ventilation), electrical and plumbing engineering design services for the new hospital project. This included: air-conditioning and ventilation services, medical gas distribution system, electrical power supply and distribution, electrical lighting, life safety and fire protection, telecommunications, nurse-call systems, electrical grounding and lightning protection, wastewater drainage, hydraulic infrastructure, drainage/wastewater network and treatment, water supply network.
Synopsis
Located in Arima, next to the existing Arima Health Facility, the new hospital building will provide approximately 150 beds over the five storey structure with a total floor area of 25,626m2, complete with the necessary MRI/CATH Laboratory, as well as other inpatient and outpatient services.
