Design of mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering services, full construction drawings and documents inclusive of Bills of Quantities.

Synopsis

This project involved the retrofitting of a building to house the EU Delegation to Guyana.  The building’s current state is an open concept with some services such as electricity, elevator, air conditioning, etc.  The client request that these services may have to be changed or redesigned to conform with EU Specifications.  A site assessment will be conducted to determine which MEP systems will be reused for the new office layout.
