Our Engineers performed detailed engineering design and supervision services for the installation of mechanical and plumbing services for all campus buildings, as well as overall site utility services, including but not limited to fire protection and life safety systems, potable water systems, solar hot water systems, rainwater reuse system for non-potable domestic use, irrigation and cooling tower consumption, wastewater treatment systems and overall campus sewer network collection system.

Synopsis

The UWI St. Augustine South Campus was conceptualized to be UWI’s flagship Faculty of Law. The creation of the South Campus involved the construction of the Moot Court, Library, multipurpose academic buildings, Halls of Residence, facilities management and security building, student services and recreational and sporting facilities (pavilion, swimming pool, hard courts). With a total construction area of approximately 12 hectares, the Campus expects to host a maximum of 1,000 students. The UWI St. Augustine South Campus is located in the southern region of Trinidad, about 13km from San Fernando.
