Our Engineers performed detailed engineering designs and will be performing construction supervision. Designs included electrical and plumbing engineering services, inclusive of HVAC services,  life and safety and fire protection, telecommunications, electrical grounding, potable water and wastewater drainage, and security and access control systems and pole line design for JPS services.

SYNOPSIS

This apartment complex of approximately 47,000 square feet, was designed by local architects, Pyramid Design Consultants and will be located in the upscale neighbourhood in the Liguanea area of Kingston. The design features 12- two bedroom units, underground parking, roof level swimming pool gym and renewable energy.
