Our Engineers performed detailed MEP designs for a new block which included electrical and plumbing engineering services; inclusive of HVAC services, life and safety and fire protection, ICT, electrical grounding, potable water and wastewater drainage, security and access control systems and pole line design for JPS transformer upgrade.

Synopsis:

Demolition of 3 existing cottages and construction of a new room block consisting of 5 floors of approximately 44,000 square feet.
