Our Engineers performed detailed engineering designs for a new block which included electrical and plumbing engineering services, inclusive of HVAC services,  life and safety and fire protection, security and access control, ICT, potable water and wastewater drainage.

Synopsis

This refurbishment included the renovation of existing rooms and expansion of 112 Standard Rooms and 12 Suites.  The upgrade features focused on:

• Pool & Equipment – D1 & D2
• Core between Building 3 and 4
• Guest Lift Lobby
• Corridors
• River Pool at Ground Floor
• Hard and soft landscaped external areas
• External WIFI and CCTV locations
